FIRST LOGIN INSTRUCTION
- Type in your Member Number in the username field. (Please note, spouse member numbers will be the MEMBER NUMBER plus S1 with the letter S in upper case)
- Type in your New Temporary Password, which is also your last name (all lower case).
Example: John Doe, personal member number, 123
(one, two, three)
Username: 123 (For Spouses - 123S1)
Password: doe (all lower case)
Once you login, please update your password by following the on-screen instructions.
